Itinerary (3 days Khuzestan tour)
Day 1: Ahwaz
After arriving in Khuzestan, we have breakfast in the morning. Then, Drive towards Bostan to join the Arabian coffee ceremony and get to know one of Iran's most authentic Arab customs. Then it's time to hear the music and see the ritual of the Chobi dance (Arab folk dances of Iran) and the sword dance. Listening to the ancient sound of the Double Chanter and Kasoreh (a kind of musical instrument) at the ancient house called Mozif, brings us back to the atmosphere of thousands of years ago. After a traditional lunch, we will learn how to make a Double Chanter. We will spend the evening on the dunes of the Umdabs forests.
Return to Ahwaz and stay at the hotel
Day 2: Ahwaz
We visit Mapar House and the old texture of the city in Nasiriyah of Ahwaz. Then, we get acquainted with the music of Alvaniyeh and Rebab (a kind of musical instrument). We will enjoy listening to the Rebab's music, extraordinary lyrics, and Arabic music. The history of playing Oud (a kind of musical instrument) in Ahwaz has a few hundred years old, and we are arranging to listen to it.
We will get acquainted with the construction process of Rabab.
Day 3: Susa
We will go to Susa and get to know Lur music. Then, we will listen to the Ney-anbān (Bagpipes) and feel the harbor atmosphere in a city that used to be a harbor in the distant past. Then we will return to Tehran.
