This food was known as Boz Ghormeh, due to us goat meat to cook it. It may be interesting to know that Boz means a goat, and Ghormeh means food cooked with meat.

This dish consists of goat meat (young goat), chickpea, whey, crushed garlic, saffron, chop onion, salt, black pepper, and turmeric. These ingredients take an hour to prepare and three hours to cook.

You can travel to Kerman province and eat this yummy food. Kerman has a hot climate with a cold and dry winter. The best time to visit Kerman is from late August until early October.
