Sisakht is a wonderful city with a unique nature, located on the slopes of Mount Dena. This city is made up of many tourist attractions.

Sisakht is a city located 35 kilometers northwest of Yasuj city and in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province of Iran. Sisakht city is located at the center of Dena city. This city is located on the slopes of Dena Mountain, the highest mountain in the Zagros mountains.

The people of this city are from the great city of Boyer Ahmadi and the people of Lurs. The people of the Sisakht city speak the language of Luri of Boyer Ahmadi.

The city of Sisakht is one of the tourist areas in Iran. Among the tourist areas of this city are the Kooh Gol lake, Cheshmeh-ye Mishi, Dashtak and Bandaan.

The name of this city based on the story of Kay Khosrow and Bijan (the Great Commander of Iran) and 29 warrior men of this great commander. Commander Bijan and 29 of his soldiers died on their way to the Ghash Mastan Mountain, due to the severe blizzard, and the name of this city (Sisakht (thirty hard)) remembered by the great and hard men.

The springs of this region as follows: Cheshmeh-ye Mishi, Tuff spring, Cheshmeh Tagi and Cheshmeh-ye Siah.
