Day 1: Tehran
Arrive in Tehran at any time.
Day 2: Tehran / Isfahan
Visit sights en route to Isfahan, including Fin Garden in Kashan and the mountain village of Abyaneh.
Day 3: Isfahan
Tour the beautiful city of Isfahan, enjoying the famous square, and mosques, and bartering at the bazaar. Hang out on the many bridges that make Isfahan unique, or shop for an authentic Persian rug.
Day 4: Isfahan
Visit the Bagh-e Chehel Sotun UNESCO-listed and Vank Cathedral, spend a half-day exploring this gorgeous city.
Day 5: Isfahan / Shiraz
Visit UNESCO-listed Pasargadae complex en route to Shiraz and Stop at the Koran Gate.
Day 6: Shiraz
Explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Persepolis, the ceremonial palace of Darius, and admire its amazingly well-preserved carvings. Later, wander the streets and mingle with the students in laid-back Shiraz.
Day 7: Shiraz
Explore the city and visit the Karim Khan Citadel, Vakil Mosque, Nasir al-Mulk Mosque, and the tombs of Hafez, and Sa’adi.
Day 8: Shiraz / Yazd
Drive to Yazd and Spend Half a day exploring this city.
Day 9: Yazd
Tour the old town of Yazd, marveling at the unique towers that scatter the city. Visit the Jameh Mosque, Amir Chakhmaq Complex, Zoroastrian Fire Temple, and the Towers of Silence burial grounds.
Day 10: Yazd / Tehran
Visit sights en route to Tehran including Qom. Back in Tehran, visit Imam Khomeini's shrine.
Day 11: Tehran
Enjoy sightseeing in the busy capital of Tehran. Visit Golestan Palace, National Museum, and the Abgineh Museum.
